YouTube Killed My Passion Project (& I'm Heartbroken)

Oh that SUCKS... I don't think I've ever watched her, maybe one video - but considering Abi, Mia Mulder, Kat Blaque and now Lily (among others I'm sure, I just remember my YT subs off the top of my head) I'm surprised a "creator-run" platform tolerates such a blatant bigot. Maybe she's already bought in, and unless she tried to post something transphobic on the platform they can't boot her. I don't know how it works, just that Nebula is supposedly owned by the creators.

I do hope you continue with this series, despite the drenching of your enthusiasm. I don't know anything about how Youtube decides such things, but if I had to guess I would say that the images from Lower Decks were the reason. (TheSingularParent)

J, as content creators have you talked to Sexplanations Dr Doe? Her content is way more explict and nothing like your content. She may have advice on how to deal with the algorythm. The video was fantastic and I really want to see another like that.

So sorry, Jessie. I can hear the pain in your voice. And the timing with Christmas and you spending it alone. You did make a good decision for the longterm, financially and healthwise, but that does not make it an easy decision or lessen the pain of missing your family at this time. But you are not isolated and you have so many people (a whole comminity) who care and support you. I hope that gives some strength and comfort when you need it. I hope you got your gaming group plan for Christmas day together.

Your video was so well made, informative, fun and full of emotion. It's absolutely absurd that they did this. Given the circumstances I'd say this was a more than reasonable response and valid criticisim. It makes me so made to see the ignorant and and arrogant kind of abuse you recieve. I'm so sorry that you're feeling so down this Christmas. Best of luck with the upcoming surgery and know that you'll find a way through this and you have so much support from us. Happy Christmas.
