I was on a Zoom work meeting (I was giving a presentation to clients) from a friend's apt in Manhattan when 10 min in the upstairs neighborhood started power sanding the floors !!! We all powered thru but of course 10 min after the meeting ended the noise stopped. So happy to join you extended family of supporters, definitely want you to keep doing what you do.
