I guess I'll have to accept the fact there are people who really seem to hate Michael Burnham, and indeed this seems to correlate with the fact she's a black woman. It's unfortunate, and maybe it's for the better I cannot really empathise with those people. I for one love Michael. And I love a woman finally gets to play a more Kirk-ish main character. I loved Janeway, but Michael is more of a rogue, and that's refreshing.
