April 2020 Patreon Update

Hey everyone!

First and foremost, I hope everyone is staying as safe and healthy as possible during the current state of the world right now. It's incredibly scary for all of us, myself included, so please be sure to do your best to take of yourself, and stay positive. We will come out on the other side of this. And I'm gonna do my best to help you have some bright spots during the meantime.

Speaking of all that, March was a hugely hard month for obvious reasons. Between the corno craziness as well as my surgery, it's been a lot of upending times on my end. Additionally, as I'm sure it has been with all of you, finances have become a tighter reality, as I learned a lot of my freelance work has dried up, and my fulltime job has moved me to a more precarious position, sadly just before all the corona stuff happened, so everything should be fine there, but it's made me a tad nervous when it comes to look at the bank account.

I only share that with all of you to just make clear how incredibly thankful I am for your continued support here for my work. I love doing this work, and would be doing it no matter what because it's my true passion and creative outlet, but knowing that you have my back as a community and financially really keeps me fueled and going, and hopeful that I can make my dream of doing this full-time a reality one day. So thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you.

So for this month, I've got some fun videos coming up, and dependent on how editing goes toward the end of the month, I have some really cool crossover videos with a couple YouTubers who you may recognize (to give a hint on one of them, his name rhymes with Heave Hives). Some of those may come out next month, but they are on the horizon. 

I also hope you all have enjoyed my increased livestream schedule. I've been trying to do more for my own sanity, as well as provide more opportunities for our community to connect during all this insanity. I want to create a safe space for all of us to have some positive fun right now. I'm hoping in the next week or two, I can figure out a regular weekly time for the livestreams to take place, so everyone can plan to be there.
