September 2019 Channel Updates

Hey Patrons! Thanks again for once again supporting me for another month. I know I say it every time, but thank you so so much. The past few months have honestly been incredibly difficult for me on a personal level, and one of the few positives that kept me motivated through all of this was having a creative outlet and knowing that there were so many wonderful people supporting me to keep doing it.

So now that things have finally settled down, I've decided that I want to take some time to really evolve my channel into something that takes it to the next level. I've spent the past year of so ensuring that I release new content at least once a week, but I've been feeling for a while that not all of it has resonated. Not that it's bad, but that I haven't devoted evolving my style.

So I'm starting to take some next steps in that regard, with this month showing hopefully the first signs of that. While there are still a few videos that I had shot/written before this new commitment before this came out, you should all hopefully begin to see a evolution of my videos in the coming months.

I'll get more into the specifics of that as time goes on, including possibly reducing the number of MAIN heavily written and edited videos on my channel per month to 2 or 3, while also increasing some less production heavy, more topical videos (like reviews and discussions) so I get more videos throughout the week while also still giving myself more time to make my bigger videos even more amazing. Sound off in the comments if you have any thoughts on that potential development.

However, my biggest news comes in the form of what my FIRST video of this month will be. It's will be the longest and biggest video I've ever done, and I'm honestly rather proud of it. While it certainly is far from perfect, it's a first step in the direction I want to begin to head. You'll all hopefully understand when you see it this Friday, I'm extremely excited. And one of the major reasons is that I actually had a couple people from the Star Trek community collaborate on this project. No spoilers yet on who they are, but they are truly wonderful people who if you've spent any time in the Trek YouTube community, you've probably come across.

So hopefully all of that has you properly excited. Thanks one last time to all of you for all your wonderful support. I'm so excited to have you all on this journey.
