🦋 This Week's Watchlist: 🍿

Hi everyone!

Last week I took a little mental break from all the heavy and watched Airplane! for the first time! Thank you to everyone who voted for it! It was such a hilarious fever dream of a ride and exactly what I needed. This week, I'm diving back into our ongoing series with a full heart and renewed energy! Let's goooooo ✨

Here's what I'll be jumping into this week:

🛡 Falcon and the Winter Soldier - Episodes 5 & 6 (Finale!)
This show has been incredible. I've loved every moment. The action, the heart, and especially the important themes it's explored. In kaliwali fashion, I'll be squeezing in the final two episodes this week so we can wrap it up without any pauses!
[ 📌 Just a quick reminder: This will be the last MCU project I cover before taking a break from the main timeline! I'll be jumping into Spider-Man, X-Men, and the DCU films for a bit (possibly some shows, but we will see when I get more into it). Don't panic! I'm not leaving the timeline for good, just taking a fun detour and I'm really looking forward to it and I hope you all are too! ]

🚀 Battlestar Galactica - Season 2, Episodes 5 & 6
Season 2 has been intense in the best ways. I'm loving the shift in tone and how much heart and soul is going into these episodes. This story just keeps getting deeper and more compelling!

🦖 Jurassic World
The next one in our Summertime Vibes Jurassic Park journey! Also, CHRIS PRATT!? I had no idea he was in these movies! I'm so excited for this one and can't wait to see how the franchise evolves (pun intended)

✨ Star Wars - Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... I began my Star Wars journey with you all. And here we are at the end of the Skywalker saga already! I'm honestly feeling so grateful for this entire journey. Watching these films for the first time has been such an incredible and powerful experience. And even though there were some bumps and grumps along the way, I've honestly loved every moment of the Star Wars magic! And yes, I will be jumping into Andor next, so the Star Wars journey can continue on! More on when next week!


Since I'll be wrapping up Star Wars this week, I'll finally be watching Dune: Part Two next week! I'm very excited for it and I know everyone has been dying for me to finish up the story! I'll be rewatching Dune: Part One over the weekend to refresh before heading into Part Two with clear eyes and full spice.
