I hope you're all doing well and staying warm as the holiday season kicks into full gear. I feel like this is the part of December where things go at warp speed until Christmas day arrives lol.
We have another exciting week ahead! Here's what's on the schedule:
๐ Guardians of the Galaxy
I've actually seen this one before with friends back in college. And honestly, because of that I don't remember much of it at all lol. So, this is going to feel like a brand-new experience and now I have all of the previous movies to draw ties to this time! The one main thing I remember about it, is the AMAZING music. So, I'm really excited to dive back into this one with you all.
๐ Avengers: Age of Ultron
We're already jumping into the next Avengers film! I can't wait!! I've seen a few YouTube reactors cut this reaction up into 2 parts on YouTube and I was wondering how you all feel about that? Should I just make one video- or do two? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
โจ Starting Firefly!
A new show is beginning! I'm finally diving into Firefly. I've heard so much about this show and can't wait to experience all the sci-fi magic! This week and next week I'll upload 1 episode. But starting in January, I'd love to possibly put out 2 a week? We will see. Don't quote me on that just yet.

I noticed when I was putting it together on Sunday that there's a lot going on! I love the holidays, so I'm really excited to watch a new Christmas movie and drink some hot chocolate haha โ Thank you for the YT opinion- I'll definitely feel it out then and see what I think after filming!

Thank you for your feedback on the Age of Ultron YouTube debacle. I'm seeing a lot of the same opinions so far, so I'll probably do what everyone suggests and see how it feels after watching! Thank you for sharing your opinion I'm honestly really excited about Firefly! No idea what to expect, but with so many people raving about it... It has to be great!

This is going to be an amazing week of content here, and I've still got Green Mile to watch too! I started watching Firefly over the weekend, and have been loving it! So I'm very excited now to get into your reaction Like the others have said, I can't really see Ultron needing to be split into two parts for YT. But I think you'd be able to judge that pretty easily for yourself once you've recorded it :)

2024-12-16 17:24:17 +0000 UTCI can understand why some would cut it into two parts but its really not mandatory. It doesnt deliver that much to split it imho. The next 2 Avengers Movies afterwards are more worth two split into 2 parts.

2024-12-16 17:24:08 +0000 UTCYes, Guardians has the most amazing soundtrack, probably my favourite of everything Iโve seen. Itโs just behind the all time great scores from John Williams and Hans Zimmer (impossible to actually equal original music scores IMO). I canโt think why it would be necessary to split Age of Ultron into two parts (unlike some future movies) but I guess it comes down to if you feel too much of your commentary and reactions donโt make the cut. Iโm here for full length watch alongs though, so probably best to ignore what I say. Oh no, another reason to rewatch Firefly yet again ๐. Canโt wait, one of my all time favourites. I really hope you enjoy it, and donโt feel the burden of loving it as much as we do.
