This is one of her OCs, Loray. I don't really know anything about the character other than she eventually transforms into some kind of striped cat-girl with a tail and everything, but this one is sort of like her origin story.
She was just unfrozen here and has woken up in some kind of Morgue/Lab. She's wearing ancient Roman style clothes and hairstyle, so I assume she was frozen in time since then or something.
The things on her face and arm are supposed to black tendril things (a lot like Venom from spiderman) that are taking over her. I don't know what they are hahah.
