November Poll (The Scepter of Loki)

As we approach the end of the tenth month of 2021, it is now time for our monthly poll again.
For this month, the scenario would be based on the assumption that the scepter of Loki was lost in the aftermath of the Battle of New York, landing in the hands of an average joe who discovers what it is capable of when it comes to controlling people. SHIELD, of course, is aware of what is happening and sends an agent to take control of the scepter, only to fall to the powers of the scepter and the joe that now owns it.
So, our options for this month are:

Option B: Natasha Romanov
