September Monthly Poll (A Trip to an Alternate Reality)

We are now entering the '-ber' months and the last four months of 2021. As we prepare to say goodbye to August 2021 and welcome September 2021, the time for our monthly poll has again arrived.
For this month, we would be focusing on the DC Universe, but not the movies. Rather, we would be focusing on the television series set in the DC Universe with our main character choices either Sara Lance Canary/White Canary or Caitlyn Snow/Killer Frost.
The scenario is that during an experiment, the main character opens a portal that sucks her into an alternate reality, one where superhuman heroes are considered an abomination and have been captured by a dedicated agency that ARGUS has become, before forcing them to work for ARGUS.
Our main character arrives at a time when there are no more rogue superheroes with every hero tagged and subdued, though because even these heroes are granted basic rights, ARGUS cannot experiment with them. The arrival of our main character provides ARGUS with an opportunity to conduct experiments because, technically, she is not granted those same rights.
So, our options for this month:
Option A: Sara Lance Canary/White Canary (portrayed by Caity Lotz in the Arrowverse)
Option B: Caitlyn Snow/Killer Frost (portrayed by Danielle Panabaker in the Arrowverse)
