Preview: Raptara "The Brother"

A scorpion the size of a dog came slowly walking out of one of the dark corners. His thin legs made a terrifying tapping sound on the dusty stone floor while he was slowly walking toward the man clathed in robes and golden jewelry. The man didn't seem to be afraid of the huge beast because he stood still with his hands on his sides.

“I swear it, Raptara really! One day I'll feed you to my scorpion! A scorpion sting is always hidden, but every time you're on a mission, half the world knows we've been there!” said the man in robes.

“But-”

“No buts Raptara!” said the man before Raptara could answer him. “I’m sick of you, your ego is causing us big troubles, they know the man has been murdered! Why are you not more like your sister? What have I done to you? Haven’t I saved you? Because of me you still breathe child, because of me, you live.”

Raptara shrugged scornfully as he made a disgruntled noise. His long brown hair wavered over his shoulder while he juggled a small iron piece on a chain between his fingers. “Why are we always given lousy, boring tasks, how should one fear scorpions while the scorpions only attack small predators?”

Now it was the robed man who sighed, “You're rambunctious and too wild my child, you just had to kill that merchant, not his whole family...”

The scorpion stood silently beside the robed man while Raptara looked at the man with his arms crossed.

The robed man shrugged one last time and then he said: “The scorpion god has given you a new task to prove your strength, a dangerous task. There is a man waiting outside the quarters beside the well.”

The robed man lowered his voice before he continued:  “I have heard whispers of his master’s might, a sorceress. So it would not be wise to fail him and his master. This task is important Raptara, so please do not disappoint me...”

The scorpion then turned around and walked back to his dark, cold corner.

Hi everyone,

A new hero unit! This time - again - one from the Night´s Cult A.K.A The Children of the Moon. Well kinda, he is hired by them for a major task as part of a super assassin group called the Scorpions of Nusra.

The Scorpions of Nusra are a dangerous group of assassins who follow the ways of the scorpion god. With the use of powerful attacks and poisons they kill people in the secret... or in the public!

You already know Zarghana "The Assassin", but now you also have access to her brother Raptara.

You will receive the first miniature of this month (September) in the upcoming weekend.
