Awesome sculpts and already happy with what I've gotten after subscribing yesterday so keep up the great work. I only have one question and the answer is probably right under my nose. Where do I find the discount code for MMF items if I want to buy more items?

New subscriber today. I carefully followed the download instructions and they don't work for me. Even though I'm logged in, the download link in the pinned message sends me back to the "patreon.com/ghamak/posts" page. I found it was because the download link for Fantasy is incorrect. This correct link is shorter "https://www.patreon.com/ghamak/posts?filters[tag]=Fantasy%20Links". You can also get there directly by clicking on Posts and then choosing the Fantasy Links colored rectangular icon at the top. Hope this helps someone else! Looking forward to printing the great miniatures!

Hi, I have a couple of questions if anyone could help me out, I've looked around but haven't been able to answer them myself. Is there a Discord channel for this patreon? And, having joined with a patreon linked to my MMF, will the models I have GD links for show up there at some point, if so what's the time frame? I don't hate Google Drive for downloads but personally I prefer everything conveniently located on MMF.

If you do you mean PNG images for the commercial tier yes, you received an PM with all the links plus the PNG folder, if you need past month png, you must ask it (send an email to info@ghamak.com)

The link to the June files was sent out around the 22nd by email. Originally it only contained the unsupported files but now both supported and unsupported are there.

this is frustrating to the max, I am now missing the supported tomb king files, and I am unable to get to the download links for this month. I waited till the end of the month so that I could just download and get all the files at once. I am busy and don't like getting things piecemeal. Please, Please can we not make this easier for those who support you and have been supporting you for many months. I always seem to have to go and purchase from your store, those models that I have missed over and over. Even when the files download, I have discovered missing pieces and the zip files will crash and kick me out or some other equally disturbing message.

Would there be any way to get the July release?

I have had to go into the zipped file and extract each file line by line and it worked. I am not sure if I was able to get the full month, as I seem to be missing the tomb rider for the creature, and the cyclops.

I am not sure what the problem is, but I downloaded the Fantasy files three times and each time I try to upzip, I get an error. The error tells me either disk is full, I don't have permission, or file is corrupted and missing.

If you're on a tier that includes fantasy access, you should be able to: 1)Click Francesco A. Pizzo from list of people you back on the left 2)Click the "Fantasy Links" at the top, under Posts 3)At the top post, there's a very pixellated google drive image. Clicking on it should take you to the fantasy folder for the current month. And please confirm if you (do not) get it working :)

For someone works, for others not, and cannot understand why... for this reason I sent a PM to any new subscribers, also, Patreon send an email with a welcome note and links for the download.

The models are just supported and without supports, I forgot to upload something?

Is it possible to get both supported and unsupported files? I've noticed when printing there has been quite a few supports that could have been done differently to cause less damage to the prints. For example yesterday I printed a head with a beard, which had 3 supports on the beard, basically destroying the beard when removed.

I try to solve this problem, I just working on the next month releases, so I'll have all ready before the month ends.

I think for me, the issue is that things are added throughout the month. This means i have to keep checking back, and i think for some months i download at start of the month and then miss things.

I'm sorry you have so many problem with google drive. So you download the file or try to unzip it before download?

I still can not download these. It starts to zip the files (even individual ones) and then the little circle fills up and it drops off the screen,. I am spending hours every months getting hacked off with googledrive. I hate it. Please add them to sync, onedrive, dropbox or similar

PAtreon is a problem... next month I'll start to use more the email messages with direct links.

Since I also use Google Drive, the easiest way I've found to get to the shared files is to just load up Drive and view what's been shared with me. Much easier than navigating Patreon's horrible linking system!

Indeed is a very awkward site. The design of the site is confusing, I understand that it must be valid for various types of artists, but in any case it appears decidedly poorly made in general. Furthermore, some functions, such as the Patrons relationship manager or entire section like the community section, are at the limit of useless

I like this haha. Patreon unfortunately has really had organizational issues. Yours is far from the hardest to navigate. Even the best organized ones are only semi-navigable. It's really perplexing that nobody at Patreon has made the design better to navigate for how people actually use the site. It'd be amazing if they added stuff like hosting/download services, a functioning search bar, a layout that didn't look like it was originally intended a wordpress theme, etc.

I found one of the reason some of you are so confused about download links. If I put a hypertextual link word or phrase, Patreon alters this link for a no understandable reason, this annoying.
