Information about the situation surrounding my oc.

Hello everyone, as you may have heard or seen a few days ago a certain person that has been going after me for about 2 years now and that i have had many, many troubles with in the past and recently, has attempted to steal and take down my oc that i made in 2021 from e621.

I was notified about it after it was taken down and i was shocked to find out what happened, apparently that artist made new art of one of their oc's and made it look way too similar to my oc from 2021 on purpose, they called it a "new version" and it didn't even have a source, this art was completely new and they claimed that my oc was their, but people quickly realized that almost every 3rd picture of what they claim to be their oc looks different, as i pointed out as well there are many differences between my oc from 2021 and their oc that they had art of previously from 2022 (I was also notified about these drawings in 2022 looking similar to my oc but i didn't think much of it). The new ones that were posted seem to have been made after the repost of my oc from 2021 on a few more sites because i realized that i didn't repost it on those sites back in 2023 when i was reposting it.

Yeah it's pretty confusing.. they claimed to have some nanachi reskin from 2020 that had similar colors but these colors are again different, otherwise it looks pretty different from my oc, they also submitted this proof in some document that i have never even heard of before and there was no other evidence, there are no sources for the images in this document either and the artist that made them doesn't exist as i was told so i have no idea. Meanwhile I have evidence of my original file, picture, and even a web archive link, won't post it here because it's uncensored, you can find it in the e621 post, but i am showing a screenshot of it and the original picture below:

Long story short, the copies they made (e621 ID's: 4698001, 4701691) were taken down and my art was reinstated ID:4694489. They publicly harassed me and all my supporters in the comments of their copy after people started reporting it, they made up lies like "i made it for them" and most disgustingly that "i am their ex", which is absolutely vile, i never made anything for them and i never wanted to have anything with these people. They got downvoted so badly that the comments disappeared and from what i have seen nobody believes them, and no wonder, their attitude speaks for itself and she has changed her name again to try and escape, but thankfully i have all the evidence and the stuff they said about me is truly disturbing, don't even want to show it here.

Unfortunately it didn't end there as they are still making new art of my oc to try to claim it but i expect this one to be taken down too. Of course they also messaged me with threats on multiple platforms about taking down my art, reporting me, threatened me with real-world harm, finding where i live and tried to use random names and countries to scare me. They do have a history of doxxing, threats, harassment, ban evasion and even more stuff i don't even want to talk about. These are also the same people that have tried to ruin at least one of my commissions in the past. They commented some of the harassment and lies on my art on multiple platforms too. Worst of all, through fanbox they have got access to my discord because they supported me with an alt, on my discord they pinged a bunch of people with a message with more harassment and lies, they also went on to try and manipulate people in dm's, of course nobody believed it and they were banned quickly, so yeah be aware of the lies around this situation..

They also insulted my art and were spreading lies that i will never finish my art, I am still working on everything that i wanted to finish and i will finish it all. At this point it feels like they just want to do anything they can to slow down my art making as these people going after me for about 2 years has been the main source of most of my problems and the main reason why my art making was so slowed down for so long. I wish that i wasn't affected by these things as much but what can i do.. the good news is that they are affecting me less and less, the people are finally realizing what has been going on and they are seeing through their lies.

I truly didn't expect any of this to happen and i am still just shocked from the things that i saw in the past 2-3 days, I'm pretty annoyed too that i had to deal with this again... These people just won't leave me alone but whatever, i have much more important things to do.. more art very soon. Here is also an explanation of how I made my oc that i posted before in descriptions of my oc:

Let me tell you about how I made my character. Back at the start of 2021 when i started posting on my twitter account i thought of making oc's, I made 3 of them around this time and this one was the most developed as i really liked Nanachi at that time and i really liked how the design came out. As everyone can tell it was heavily inspired by Nanachi, it was also inspired by some old art of the character "Minikane", but I didn't just want to make a reskin of Nanachi so i tried to make it look more unique.

I made the ears slimmer and smaller than Nanachi has, it's kind of hard to see but there is supposed to be lighter colored fur on the base and tops of the ears, i just scribbled it there. I changed the hair style a little bit and i made the hair long, straight and with strands going a bit more out around half of the hair length. The eyes are still very similar to Nanachi but the goat-like pupil is supposed to be more round, the color inside of it is also the same as round the pupil.

With the overall body shape i was going for a kemono femboy look (around this time i also made femboy faputa), my oc doesn't have whiskers and has a kemono/bunny nose, the face and head is also straighter and not squished as more of a chibi style like nanachi would have. The arms and hands are supposed to look human and be smaller, while the legs are thicker and have feet with paws and claws, again like kemono style. I put only 3 toes and i also made the feet digitigrade, again to differentiate from Nanachi. The chest is small and has nipples as well, back then i wasn't 100% sure about the gender of the character but i was still going for a femboy. The belly is of a lighter color but it doesn't go up to the chest and the balls are not light as the belly too.

The hybrid penis was chosen because i found it really interesting and the reference that i used back then also had it, i definitely still like it a lot. The reference also had a similar pose and i got the idea with the blanket from it too, this reference is also from one of my most favourite artists.

I used these colors because at that time especially in 2021 they were some of my most favourite, for example in one game where you could change colors of your characters i colored mine entirely in black, white and purple, i have also posted screenshots of that character from the game in 2021 and they go as far back as to 2018. These colors are not just grey, black or white too, the hair has a slight blue hue and the fur has a slight blue/purple hue, this is intended and it is much more clear in my new rework of my oc. As i mentioned before i was also inspired by the "Minikane" character which is also grey and white bunny heavily inspired by Nanachi but i have seen that it looks different recently, i guess they had a similar problem... As i also mentioned before i've been working on a rework/upgrade of my character since January 2023 and it will be a fully finished version of my oc, finally with a name too and not just a sketch like this one.
