2K22 Preview
Added 2022-06-03 01:40:51 +0000 UTCSo... I've finally gotten early access to the modding tools that allow me to rip WWE 2K22 models! I'm still sort of figuring things out so I'm not quite ready to start uploading models just yet but it's coming soon! I'll likely get the NXT In Your House entrance out this weekend as a sort of trial run.
The process is fairly similar to what was done with 2K20 but 22 handles textures in a significantly different way. Things that took just a few seconds in 2K20 can take nearly two hours with 2K22. I'm working on ways to speed up the process but, no matter what, it looks like 2K22 ripping is going to be significantly slower than 2K20.
With that in mind, I'll likely focus on just ripping characters and things that I plan to use. Of course, I'll rip things for patrons as well but please don't send me giant lists of wrestlers you want extracted. Try to keep it to one at time if you can. Otherwise, I'll likely just do the first one on your list, move on to someone else's request and forget all about the rest of your list. It should also be noted that I'll likely rip the entire female roster eventually whether they're requested or not.
I should also quickly note that I have the deluxe edition with all the preorder bonuses but I don't have any of the post-launch DLC so I can't rip any of that stuff.
