New York Sour - 3 Ways

The New York Sour is the classy cousin of the whiskey sour. With a red wine float, it works surprisingly well to smooth out the drink, and if you're feeling like a pro then we'll throw some egg white in there. We finish with a wild version with a clarified milk punch and hollow ice ball.

I accidentally developed a quick way to filter milk punch. AeroPress I ran the punch through once my metal filter than a second time through a paper giving me a clear result in minutes. I discovered this technique when I cuddled the milk in a Irish coffee and decided to give it a try.

This is excellent. As a person was hit by two hurricanes in a month, can you do the same with Hurricanes?
