Updates to rewards in 2020

I've made a few adjustments to the award tiers and added a few new things:
- New $2 tip tier
- Bonus content is now available at the $5 and above tier, and this tier also grants you access to my Discord server
- Hats will now be signed by me before shipping out
- Hat and Smoking Gun tiers will also get their name in the credits
