- 2.5 (75ml) water

- Short 0.5oz (12ml) strained lime juice

where i can find this to carbonate cocktails??? thankss

should work, but I'd probably pare it down to half an ounce or less

Hey Nick, What do you think about subbing agave syrup here? In your 3 ingredient margarita video you did agave, tequila, lime. Think it would enhance the tequila agave flavor?

Hey Nick, I was wondering how well you though an already carbonated cocktail would stand up to bottling (thinking Aperol Spritz or similar). Do you think something else would need to be done to it? or would it be ready to bottle?

The big factor is the lime juice. If you use lime juice I'd try to consume within a week as there are some risks to bottling lime juice if you aren't experienced in sterilization of equipment and stabilization techniques. If you omit the lime then it should keep for over a month

Hi Nick! This looks great and can't wait to try it out. Question though, once bottled about how long will they last or does this drink have a long shelf-life post bottling?
