Advanced Techniques - Sparkling Negroni

This drink is exactly what it sounds like, and it's awesome. Here we take the classic Negroni spec, give it a little citrus kick, and turn it into an adult soda. I also show you how to bottle a cocktail which makes a great roadie or a gift.

Advanced Techniques - Sparkling Negroni

Comments

hallo again !! if we bottle the negroni how mane days is in a good gasasion??

I'd skip the lime juice, make sure you add the water to account for the dilution, and yes on strawberry and saline. Try to drink it within a week if you bottle it though!

I was wondering if you would revert back to your original Negroni recipe if I was planning to do this non-sparkled? Or, would adding the few extra things to this (lime juice & saline solution), as well as infusing the Campari in strawberries make for a better Negroni overall?

FYI - The RECIPES & EQUIPMENT link is not working. Great video! Can't wait to try this.
