Enhancing the Patreon tiers

To correspond with the launch of my new merch designs I've also enhanced the Patreon tiers. Here are the changes:
1) The $10 t-shirt tier now includes the new "Old Fashioned" design, and since I'm now using Teespring we can ship internationally! This also means the "Old Smashioned" shirt from earlier this year can now ship globally.
2) A new $30 tier for exclusive hats! I've spent awhile working with a designer and a California-based manufacturer to create these beauties. Today there are two hat options:
- Trucker snapback hat with the Old Fashioned design
- Navy snapback hat with the new Vodka Soda design (launching this design as a t-shirt later this month)
For now the hats are US-only.
Thanks again for supporting the channel, there are a lot of behind-the-scenes costs and so I'm always looking for ways to add more value to you guys.
