Love these cocktails. I will definitely make that last one soon. I have never thought of making a cocktail with Chartreuse as the base 'spirit' and I love it. I made cocktails at a friend's wedding last month. One cocktail contained pear juice, so I called the cocktail "The perfect pear" (pronounce pair, of course). I was pretty proud of that horrible pun :') Anyway, congrats!

2018-07-09 11:40:01 +0000 UTCA Coffee Manhattan has to be one of my favorite drinks. I'm fond of St. George's NOLA liqueur, but I also currently have a bottle from House Spirits in Portland which I think I'll need to pop open right now...
