Apologies for the delay in new videos this past week, I've been underwater with work.
But I'm excited for this week's video where I release a new tool you can use to build balanced cocktails by easily calculating the ethanol, acidity, and sweetness of your drink.
It's based on some research from Dave Arnold's Liquid Intelligence, and it's pretty awesome. Should have it over to the early access Patrons on Thursday, rest on Friday. Stay tuned!
