Unfortunately, Mr. Grumpy-pants wasn't so 'up for it' when she came knocking at his door and tried to slam the door and threaten to call the police. After making it crystal clear she wasn't going away that easily and using her formidable fists and feet to send that message home she got her wish and his nightmare to maybe wake up from.
