[Bugfix] Simple Living Hot Pot Fix

This fixes a Maxis bug that prevents sims from using the Hot Pot from Snowy Escape while the Simple Living lot challenge is active. More information about this bug can be found here. Please also give that thread a "Me Too" in the hopes for an official resolution from EA.
Installation
Simply place the .package file in your Mods folder (ideally in a labelled subfolder, for easy organization) and delete the localthumbcache.package located in the main Sims 4 folder.
