Building docks, boats and cleaning up
Added 2018-05-24 06:36:59 +0000 UTCI have been busy the last days cleaning up the fences but here is a little preview of things to come. I have a first textured easy build of the docks and a white build of a rowing boat to show. With the cannon squeezing itself into the schedule it is moving the docks to next month.
So for this month there will be the fences (which I am still working on fine tuning with a test builder so they will be perfect) and the cannon(s).
Here is a overview of all the fences parts I have compiled.
And here is a reminder of the color variations you will have to print. From left to right you have the darker to lighter axis. And from top to bottom you will find the warmer to cooler variations. Not shown is the "bleached" category, making the colors more desaturated as when exposed to sunlight for long time. So with all the possible combinations you have almost 100 different looks, ranging from a brand new pristine fence to old, dark, bleached broken remains of fences!
I will spend the next days cleaning up the fences and cannon and making instructions and cut files to get them all release ready in time.
For next month I have the third and final Samurai Village builder set planned. I will start to show the sketches for them soon!
