Docks sketches
Added 2018-05-07 06:46:32 +0000 UTCThis is a 3D sketch for a docks/pier module. It's the advanced version with poles on the sides. The grey areas would be textured as metal and feature the rings where you could tie your boat to.
A simpler version would look like this.
Here you skip the poles and instead have the construction under the walkway textured on to the "walls" similar to the platform of the shrine. Very fast and easy to build!
One thing is missing though: Sea (water) texture!
I have to see how challenging it will be to create something that will meet the standard I anticipate. I don't want to rush this :-)
Let me know what you think about this approach and also tell me if there is anything else I should consider with this topic. Research stage is important!
In the meantime I will build a couple of fences and take pics :-)
