Fabulous Nicole, I'm so pleased you're enjoying the projects! This one is without a doubt my favorite one so far. The best grown-ups toy ever!

Thank you PJ, your comments make my day :) Definitely still planning a tool grind video, but still figuring out how to shoot it. It will only work if I can get in real close, and that presents some issues for the camera regarding grinding dust. I tried out a simple enclosure, but it messed up the image quality, so still thinking it through. Cheers mate!

Chris, your midichlorian count is off the charts for video production, I giggle every time with the Cad overlay squeak...so Jedi! Great project for apprentice and masters alike, covers a lot of bases with setups, operations and techniques. Hope you are still considering the tool grinding you use as a video series, really impressive grinds...or maybe do one on Light Saber turning! ~¿@ Till then ~~>PJ

Oh! This looks super fun! I made the scribe and *love* it, I'm so excited to give this a shot. :)

Thanks very much Andrew, I'll keep them in mind (although shipping to Cairns might be a bit expensive!) When you get to see their stock, let me know what sort of range they have. Cheers mate.

:) Your videos Chris. They are truly as beautiful and well crafted as the pieces you make.

I have found a place in Perth, WA that supplies brass stock by the kg. If you cant find it at the machine shops or want something specific they seem to be a good source, http://www.robertcameron.com.au/ They told me about $30/kg and they cut to length.
