September Update.

Alright, let's set down these scorching hot plates on the table already! NeoShadows here, and he's got quite a few appetizers and courses ready for ya to chow down on!

I don't want to repeat my reasons for being absent these past few months, as I've already made a separate public post for those who are curious about it. Long story short: my father 'passed away' due to troubles in Mexico, so that had me deeply depressed for the longest time. Plus some big family changes that I don't want to get into. I've cried, I've accepted it, I've made my peace, and am now trying to move on.

And what better way to cheer one's self up than sharpening their kitchen knives and prepping a few dishes for some hungry patrons?

First off, let's continue with the original releases that we've long awaited!

I've had to roll up my sleeves and endure the hellish flames of the roaring stove to get these dishes complete; I may have cut my fingers and now have stitches. And yes, the onion did make me cry. The Epilogues for A Certain Maelstrom of Misfortune and A Certain Unfortunate Trainer had to be stopped halfway through when I had to stop, so it took some coffee chugging to get back into the groove. Same with The Wander Zero's Journey. But I've got the chapters all set up and ready to be platted as soon as possible!

And better news!

The next chapters to A Certain Unfortunate Trainer are already complete! The Sneak Peek will be up for grabs next month, as will the Early Taste. Same with A Certain Maelstrom of Misfortune, and if all goes well, The Wandering Zero's Journey. I've been working some heavy overtime in the kitchen to get everything prepped and tasted, so be patient. The Chef's back and not drowning himself in any more whiskey for a long time.

Though, since I'm going to be heavily focused on purely writing, all my original plans for extra content, at the moment, will have to be put on the back burner. At the very least I have come up with a little something to be revealed once things have settled down.

The Menu for October is already jotted down, so there will be regular updates again. I plan to throw out even more appetizers, samplers, tastes, and courses for starving folk. Hell, I'm still working out how to do this time-release post thing, so that this month's releases can just go up even if I'm busy.

I'm done wallowing in my own despair; my passion for feeding the masses is back, baby! Stamp down those forks and knives all ya want on the table with a hungry rhythm- I won't admonish ya! Let's get back to stuffing our faces stupid with content again!
