Kitsune - Tier Info

To explain to you why the arts can differ so much. At the very beginning they were really just sketches.
But since it was a bit hard to tell what kind of character it was just from a sketch, I added some color. But I didn't want them to be fine flatcolors in bright colors.
Now the tier got an update. New rules. And if it's just a character, the picture can also be colorful.
