Is easy to realize that even if Fubuki is often confused as the big sister, is clearly Tatsumaki the one that is in charge of the situation, not only for being the oldest one but also because her psychic powers are stronger.

From time to time they hang out together in all kind of situations as normal sisters, from casual stuff like eat to train together, and is one of those trainings when Tatsumki got a little more "special" than usual.

Earlier when they were buying shoes, the small one was mocked by how small her feet are for being someone of her age, while Fubuki on other hand is impressive how well she looks, this clearly bothered Tatsumaki and Fubuki realized, so for today's training session was going to be about that, how Fubuki has to "endure " a tickle session by her sisters, after wasn’t she told her feet were impressive?.

Fubuki couldn’t believe how childish her sister could get to be, but what could she do? It was going to be as what was told and next thing we see is she restrained by Tatsumaki's powers while her feet are barefoot.

Slightly touches until Tatsumki take of her own shoes and placed her feet all over Fubuki's soles, realizing by herself the size difference, but instead of get bothered a smirk appeared on her face as she just slide her smaller feet all over the big ones, from toes to heels and backwards to the toes.

This lasted for a long time, it seems like If Tatsumaki enjoyed the feeling or something because she didn’t want to end it but was bothered with other compromises.
