Chisato has realized since the 1st day that Takina is a bit stoic, even after their mission when they are supose to relax she is so serious, she wanted to help, so she just came with a silly idea.
In order to helping Takina unwind, when she was unware, Chisato tied her arms and grabbed Takina's legs to lock them with her own and finaly have her exposed feet in her power, as she was looking.
Next thing the blondie did is a slighly movement over Takina's soles , making her shake and smirk a little bit is then when she confirm what she was looking, if Takina is ticklish at all.
Chisato put all her heart on tickle those soles for a long time.
