Cannabis Recovery Protocol

This applies especially to those around my age ( in their~20s). This can consist of malnutrition, blue light/nnEMF toxicity, sunlight, and native EMF deficiency, inflammatory dietary factors, heavy metals, mold exposure, drug/medication usage, hyper-stress environment, and much more.
With smoke, you are in a cycle of inflammation relief and induction from the smoke directly, being relieved temporarily by the anti-inflammatory properties of phytocannabinoids. The inflammatory effect from smoke on the brain, gut, lungs, and nervous system long outlasts the anti-inflammatory effect from these phytocannabinoids, which prompts the compulsion to smoke more to relieve that irritation. You are causing your own compulsions.
In my experience, I had been smoking, dabbing/vaping, and consuming cannabis in multiple forms since I was 13 years old up until last year when I quit altogether. I started to realize how much money I was wasting on a fleeting high and wanted to see how I would feel without for once in that entire timespan. I never would have guessed how much it was setting me back in terms of my potential, let alone my sleep and aspects of my physical/cognitive health that I wouldn't have guessed like my motivation and relationship with reality.
The first step in my experience for the reason stated above is to switch entirely to oral consumption. It's much easier to quit doing so in my experience without that underlying inflammation factor involved. You can then taper your dosage more gradually over the course of a couple of weeks. If you don't have cannabis oil available, making your own is quite a simple process:
Here is a best practices method to get the most quality results from preparing cannabis for oral edible consumption. It all starts with source selection with the understanding that you will transform the inactive contents to the most desired active contents.
For clarity, the most expensive pretty crystally buds are not the best choice. The best choice is the low cost shake and leftovers from expensive bud or what is considered hemp or "reg/mids" by today’s standards.
Harvest or whole plant of an outdoor or "low grade" bud that would sell for rather cheap per lb.
1.) Acquire a "Turkey Roaster Bag".
2.) Preheat that oven to 250 degrees F.
3.) Partly break up your dry herb and place it in the turkey bag and seal it.
4.) Place in oven for 20 minutes, watch as the smoke fills the bag and it expands. You want to ensure you start on lowest shelf so that expanding bag does not touch heating elements.
5.) Take out of oven after 20 minutes, do not open bag and allow to cool. Then take the bag outside and open it to let out any remaining smoke and then seal it again. What is going on here is called decarboxylation.
After that 20 minutes, your resulting oil extraction will be a sleepy effect "Night Time" result. Most medicinal when it comes to cannabis.
6.) Return the sealed turkey bag to the oven’s bottom rack and leave in for another 20 minutes. Let it cool before taking outside to release the remaining smoke.
7.) Now crush that dry herb into a crock pot, cover with a healthy oil, raw virgin coconut oil is a top choice. Ghee is second choice.
8.) Simmer oil and herb blend while stirring for half hr to an hr. Let cool to handling temp and filter into storage container. Enjoy.
Alternatives... Get 1 liter size mason jar, fill one third with cannabis flower, then fill jar half way with high purity alcohol. Shake for 20 minutes. Let settle for 5 minutes. Then fill to 90% with coconut oil, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, or other good oil. Shake for 5 to 10 minutes. Let sit to settle for 5 to 10 minutes. Pour off oil into new jar. Pour off alcohol into storage jar for next time. Everything you want is oil soluble so the alcohol is now empty of active compounds and it is all in the oil. Enjoy.
People who are addicted to cannabis are blue light toxic, never see enough sun let alone the sunrise, often don’t lift, don’t have other means to relieve inflammation/pain, and are malnourished on some level.
Nutritional repletion across the board to surplus to resolve the malnutrition factor becomes important (seafood/shellfish, crustaceans, organ meats, red meats, game meats, eggs, poultry, dairy/cheese/kefir, seasonal and fermented vegetables, seasonal fruits, tubers, etc.), daily sun exposure especially at sunrise and midday for endogenous dopamine, endocannabinoid, and beta-endorphin production, start lifting if you haven’t already. Use other tools to relieve inflammation/pain like topical MgCl, black seed oil, and various herbal medicines such as the quinone molecules outlined in previous articles.
Implement the zero-tolerance dietary framework as another means of inflammation management, the reduction of blood glucose spikes and drops will also reduce cravings as a means of inflammation management. Consume lots of seafood/shellfish daily for the omega-3 fatty acid cofactors for endocannabinoid production. Preferably raw. Supplement Agmatine and niacin to reduce tolerance (agmatine: 100-2000mg 1-3 times on an empty stomach away from protein intake for best absorption, the optimal dosage can vary wildly depending on the individual but it will decrease and prevent tolerance increase while increasing endocannabinoid production indirectly. Niacin preferably as nicotinic acid which I've found to be best for cravings in general across all drug classes starting low at 25-50mg and working up gradually to prevent too severe of a flush reaction, or niacinamide which I've found to be better for mood regulation. Niacinamide can be started similarly but won't have the flush reaction in most individuals). Include lion’s mane extract with the black seed oil. Fresh mushroom is fine if you can find it. This helps to clear the brain fog you may not even be aware of, but also increases neuroplasticity to overcome addictive tendencies at a faster rate.
Y'all already know the classic Mg glycinate, l-theanine, and Myoinositol stack for sleep support if needed, but seriously be mindful of your daytime and nighttime light environment as this will play the largest role in quality sleep. Taurine and/or glycine may be helpful here as well, have some complex carbs with dinner if needed as some can really struggle with sleep when coming off heavy cannabis addiction.
And ensure you keep yourself occupied. Go socialize, go lift, go for a walk, read a book, do art, do something to relieve that boredom and it passes quite rapidly. Lifting is essential to jumpstart your own endocannabinoid production again, but sauna can be helpful as well if you have one available to you.
This will be the start of a collection of recovery protocols for each drug class, starting with cannabis as most don't realize just how addictive it is until they quit. If you're feeling called to it, this is your push to do so. If not, do yourself a favor and do try to switch to oral consumption for optimal medicinal benefit.
