This post will be a simple summary of the impact of non-native electromagnetic frequency exposure (nnEMF) and additional ways to counter its impact on biology. It is important to note that blue light is always paired with either nnEMF/RF radiation.
If you would like to research more on the related biophysics, my colleague, @CK_Eternity_ on Twitter, Dr. Jack Kruse, and Martin Pall all have provided an excellent explanation on the deeper mechanics involved.
To put it into simple terms, nnEMF exposure hyper activates the voltage-gated calcium ion channels located on the NMDA receptor unit. As you may know from many of my posts over the years, there is a significant connection between calcium-glutamate and essentially all psychiatric/neurological and neurodegenerative conditions, among many other diseases. In turn, this feeds into the production of aberrant nitric oxide synthetase activity, then excessive nitric oxide, and resulting in inflammation, oxidative stress, and nitrosative stress (peroxynitrites). This causes the mitochondria to swell and become dysfunctional, which has a resulting impact on essentially every process within the body.
Oxidative and nitrosative stress (unbound iron and copper, nnEMF, blue light) create peroxynitrites that damage the mitochondrial membrane complex and inhibits cytochrome 1.
The way to go about this is to inhibit the calcium ion channels/NMDA receptors, increase GABA production/receptor function, reduce inflammation, reduce NO/ONOO, and reduce oxidative stress while focusing on optimizing mitochondrial health as my colleague and I often outline here and on Twitter. The impact of nnEMF results in massive magnesium depletion and plays a primary role in the 90-100% global deficiency rates today.
This is the cause of that deep, unexplainable underlying tension or anxiety one may experience living in any major city, and the difference in how you feel outside of these major cities, namely in nature. Personally, I live near the vicinity of a number of 5G and cell towers and have experimented with approaching them directly.
What I felt when I approached the cell tower can only be described as deep anxiety. I began to experience racing thoughts, psychotic thinking, racing heart, rapid cycling emotions, paranoia, visual and auditory hallucinations, and delusional thinking, even ranging to euphoria and transcendental states. My teeth felt like they were vibrating. All of these symptoms were greatly exacerbated when I would approach the cell towers under the influence of psychedelic entheogens where I would have to climb back down the mountain immediately and heavily douse myself in topical magnesium chloride for these symptoms to subside. The magnesium is going to be very important here.
I assume I will get questions regarding orgonite and shungite. I have never seen any definitive studies on claims regarding nnEMF protection, though I still wear a pendant wherever I go for peace of mind.
The usual recommendations for mitigating the harm caused by nnEMF are as follows:
However, I would like to provide ADDITIONAL harm mitigation tactics.
Noteworthy: thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), and pyroxidine (vitamin B6) all improve GABA function while modulating calcium-glutamate, while also acting as antioxidants and anti-inflammatories.
Special mentions: the quinone/quinine molecules again helps to improve redox status (your body's ability to deal with stress): Aloe, Japanese knotweed/Fo-ti, Nigella sativa (black seed) oil, vitamin K2, Cinchona bark, CoQ10, PQQ
You will want to ensure your diet includes nutrient-dense whole foods that include the following, preferably in surplus (meaning above the recommended daily values, you can use an app like Cronometer to gauge where you need to improve your diet)...
Magnesium, potassium, bicarbonate, chloride, glycine, taurine, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyroxidine/P5P, methyl folate, methylcobalamin/adenosylcobalamin, inositol, and vitamin A/C/D/K2 MK4/MK7.
