Notes on Fertility Nutrition
Added 2021-06-03 06:47:12 +0000 UTCWill continue to include related studies in the morning.
As you all may already know, I plan on becoming a father here very soon and have done a deep dive into nutrition related to fertility for mother and baby and proper fetal development altogether.
Some of the foods, supplements, and herbal medicines I've noted to include to my own and my wife's diet are as follows:
Goat milk and goat kefir for it's inositol content.
Sauerkraut/kimchi to support detoxification via bacterial strains and nutrient content in cabbage.
Beets.
Sweet potatoes.
Calamari, squid, NBC sockeye salmon for DHA brain food to preserve mother's brain and nervous system, as well as preventing Post Partum Depression.
Turkey for glycine.
Sprouted and soaked pumpkin seeds along with Styrian pumpkin seed oil.
Magnesium birthing to ensure least distress on mother's body.
3-6 P. harmala seeds to get the most out of nutrition intake and to prevent PPD. (must be careful with dosage, never exceed this amount)
3-6 drops of my Brain Tonix formulation.
Inositol, magnesium, glycine, taurine, trimethylglycine/betaine, and DHA are all very important nutrient factors.
CBD is fine, absolutely zero THC. CBD supports pain and stress relief while aiding cell growth repair. THC is a toxic adrenal stimulant.
More complex carbs and yacon nectar, rather than refined sucrose. (obviously will be making her special treats on occasion)
Whole stevia leaf has bitter inhibitor compounds that are not found in the powder or extract. Emodin, another quinone molecule, is the reason for bitterness.
Vitamin K2 MK4 and MK7 methaquinone-4/methaquinone-7 from colostrum is also very important. Additionally, natto is another food source, aside from grassfed meats/butter/dairy/eggs.
NO large doses of any herbal medicines or anything else, including black seed oil. Aside from nutrients themselves. 1/2 tsp twice a day for the black seed oil.
You will want to ensure a sufficient amount of eating for two while not overdoing the food intake. This will be individual for the woman.
Lysine from fermented dairy (kefir/yogurt) and the arginine to lysine ratio is also important to note for.
I plan to seek a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and/or a senior Ayurvedic doctor to aid this process as well.
All gene expression and fetal growth requires phosphorus (inositol-phosphates) and non-soy miso to activate it via the phytase enzyme.
I plan to play lots of happy/calming music and will ensure zero stiimulant intake, caffeine included.
For any sleep issues, the L. casei in kefir can be had in the morning to go to sleep at an earlier time. L. paracasei from dental probiotic supplements before sleep to shift the circadian rhythm.
Lots of organ meats in the form of liver, heart, kidney, spleen, brain, and tongue.
