I am constantly asked, "what brand for this" and "what brand for that", so I figured I'd write up a review on common supplements I speak on frequently on my Twitter timeline. Magnesium bicarbonate:
Magnesium hydroxide powder: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GUOWENQ/, then you will need to find plastic 1-liter bottles of seltzer/sparkling water locally. SLOWLY, slowly pour the Mg into the slightly poured out bottle, it will bubble so best to do it in the sink. Shake vigorously until the bottle sinks in on itself and is no longer carbonated. It's normal for some Mg carbonate to form at the bottom, make sure to keep it in the fridge for an hour and shake vigorously one more time before setting it into the fridge again for next day's use.
