Bodybuilder Meal Recipe
Added 2021-03-15 15:44:05 +0000 UTCI am going to begin a new dietary recovery protocol that is fit for even bodybuilders, so I figured I would share with you all so you may also implement this recipe into your own protocols and share your experiences.
Really, this should be tried out for three (3) days a week for three (3) months minimum.
Oh my goodness, it is so delicious, you’ll love it. The recipe goes as follows:
- Stove burner set at 2.75 temp level
- Grind turkey breast
- Mayan/Celtic Salt
- Magnesium Chloride
- Magnesium Glycinate
- Liberal fresh ground black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Spinach or another dark leafy green on top
- Add some basil, garlic, and onion as well
Then add:
- Lion’s mane (extract works if fresh is unavailable)
- Reishi
- 14 mushroom blend (optional)
- Astragalus
- Nettle root
- Ginger
Fold all of this over and chop it in with your spatula.
Finish it off with some beet root juice and enjoy your medicinal meal!
