Added 2021-03-11 10:02:16 +0000 UTCHello everyone, hope you're all doing great! As I mentioned before, the Random Jams are on hold for a few weeks but there's still a bunch of stuff on the wayyy. I'm switching to a smaller setup, the idea is to sample some vinyl on the fly and turn them into short hip-hop beats. I'm shooting the first one tomorrow! The picture above is from a quick video test I made yesterday, any thoughts?
Once again, I really want to thank you all for being here. This series is most likely going to be demonetized by Youtube (for obvious copyright reasons) and if it wasn't for your financial support, it would be a lot harder for me to do this kind of thing.

Hey, I do all my video editing with Adobe After Effect where I simply align the audio track with the video. You can do this with pretty much any editing software. :) When recording, before the song starts, I usually play a few isolated hit to make the alignment easier. Very much like a clapboard in cinema.

I get the recording audio part and interface, but struggle with how that links and syncs in time to a camera without line-in audio or to iPhone. Does some specific software make it easier?
