However, could we say that the Bible was taken from previous writings or codes? The Code of Ur-Nammu was written by Sumerians around 2,100 BCE. The Code of Hammurabi was written by Babylonians around 1,750 BCE. If you read them, they have a very biblical read to them, so if the Bible was a ripoff of previous codes, could you in fact say it was written by Bronze Age people?

Written down the pun is obvious, but in audio only form I always heard it as something to do with anaerobes, that I wasn't smart enough to get. While we're opening old mishearings, what's the second line in TWIM opening after "a man wrote the bible"? I get something to do with a horse and a butt.
