Ep 153 Quranimaniacs, the one featuring Lucinda's Grandmother is slated to play at my funeral as one of the songs if I get to have anything to do with it. 'I call him Tom, so he hates me. He rips off little old ladies for a living, so I hate him back.' is simultaneously the most venomous and hilarious thing you have ever said perhaps. Actually, are you cool with me using that? Anyway, for the first time in 440 eps, this one I think missed an important point and rang for me just a little bit off for the first time ever. The possibility of redemption I think should have been mentioned. After all, if your hatred is one step removed, so to speak, doesn't, say, the 'How to Heretic' podcast rely on and demonstrate this possibility? Being just one example of former theists rethinking every moral position they have ever held I mean. That being so, I think it's an important and parallel point. Just btw, fuck the RCC, the SBC, the WBC et al as organizations forever too. Of course. Just not the honestly questioning members. And I realize that that is a minority of them most likely (fuck the majority here too) of them. Usually I am punching the air and giving you a hearty 'Fuck yeah!'.
