We're joining some of our bestest podcast friends for a livestream to raise money to help the Senate runoff elections in Georgia. It's imperative we win BOTH races in order to have a 50-50 Senate which will help Biden get things done.

I’m simply saying that for whatever reason this backfired recently. Hell, I even agree that doing it is better than not doing it. Because fuck them. Rather loose from trying than not. But, I just feel like we’re missing some aspect of this whole thing. On the other hand? It seems like Roger Stone can’t wait to help the republicans lose Georgia! 20Fuckin20.... 2020-11-24 20:05:54 +0000 UTCHow does the "pledging to match" thing work? I've been curious for a while as every drive seems to have one of more people doing so. It sounds like they pool a few commitments to create the match amount rather than needing 1 person with 9k to spare. Are there threshold amounts for helping in that way? Asking for future fund-raising drives.
