You complement factories based on quantity and quality of products, so high praise for a women in Mormonism is "she had many beautiful children". But see, this was a movie about making Mormons not weird. I'm like 90% sure they put in "she had many beautiful children" and someone said "wait, it's 2004 and that might seem sexist to an outsider.. what else did the baby factory do?" ... "Ugh... Write poems?" "Perfect, wrote many beautiful poems!". And that is another terrifying look into Mormonism.
