Just relistened to this episode and have to agree with the diatribe. At the end of the day once you understand the basis for the beliefs hunting through all the specifics is basically worthless. Especially when no new arguments have been made in 300 years, all they do is reword the arguments.

If there is an end to this political nightmare that doesn’t result in global extinction, we’re REALLY going to have to consider chucking that 200-plus-year-old piece of fish wrap that is our Constitution in favor of something that takes the last two centuries into account.
