If you want to reach me about anything Patreon-related the best way is via TheLostDriveIn@gmail.com . If it’s specifically about merch, it’s helpful to put the merch you are asking about in the subject line (ie “Blu-Ray”) .
I do get several hundred emails there per week, so it definitely takes me a while to get to them all, but I do! Right now I’m extra behind bc of the holidays/moving/etc but getting caught up as fast as I am able.
