This thought of the day is on point!

I guess a telling stat is that U-Haul stores in California ran out of trucks to rent. We also lost a congressional seat for the first time.

Dude, if you actually know a person who wants to move to California in 2022, you should tell them it's their patriotic duty to do so. Outside of lead-ins to punchlines, Cali has suffered it's first and worst population drop ever! Obviously the opposite is true in Texas. I'd move to Florida if I were going someplace, they have strip clubs shaped like giant boobs down there!! #CULTURE

Something like this could happen here should there be another Independence Referendum next October. Assuming it's Yes this time. I'm hoping it's Yes. I say people but really it'll be businesses if Scotland gets better access to Europe.

Me too. I’m back in LA to work on a project for 2 months. Despite the traffic, it’s so nice to go about my day without seeing so many hateful messages displayed on houses and pickup trucks.

I’ve never felt like either of the two major parties fully represents my views and since both are corrupted by corporate $, neither fully represents my morality. BUT, in recent years one of those flawed parties has become openly fascistic, bigoted, and crazy. Most of us can handle coexisting with others whose every opinion does not align with our own, but now that so many exist in a bubble of false information, we cannot even agree on what facts are. Add that to the sudden revocation of women’s bodily autonomy and the smearing of LGBT folks as “groomers” who are a danger to our children -it suddenly feels a lot less safe to live in certain areas.

Driving across the country in a truck itself actually does sound very therapeutic!

These daily thoughts make my day better. Thank you.
