Star Blazers - The design of the future! (ish)
Added 2020-02-05 04:57:09 +0000 UTCYT and homemade firearm projectiles don't mix so we just say we aren't using a firearm and so far that works. No channel strikes yet! The Idahoan Show (TIM) sent us these which are a little oversized for a regular 12ga, but because they are lead and the bore contact is small, they swaged through the bore fine.

How would it work with some induced axial rotation in the launch tube of the mass accelerator?

2020-02-05 18:17:00 +0000 UTCCool projectile, I thought that it looked like the Lehigh Defender. I used to do ballistic testing and shoot random stuff like shaving cream cans. I appreciate the set up and clean up that you do, you should include it in a video sometime. It's really too bad that YT is becoming so oppressive, I'm hoping that someone with entrepreneurial spirit (and the money, of course) will start a competitive alternative.
