Hey Jeff, maybe you should put together a compilation video showing all the times you've loaded a shell "backwards" or "wrong" and had it re-orient in flight to the proper trajectory. I know I've seen it happen on other vids, and it would help with all the nay-sayers here and on YouTube.

The tassels are supposed to provide drag to keep the round end of the capsule facing forward; putting the tassel facing forward destabilizes the capsule by introducing an off-center drag component. Is there some reason for reversing it? Would the shot cup rupture against the smaller nozzle end? (Edit: I spoke too soon - you answered that later in the video; there's got to be some kind of conformal cushioning - like a short cylinder or some such that the nozzle could ride in. I would also think that the effect of the drogue would take some distance to stabilize the capsule - like arrows take a while to settle down until the drag from the fletching aligns the shaft with the flight axis. 10 yards seems too short a distance for that to happen.)
