Chronograph
Added 2017-12-14 04:35:09 +0000 UTCWe used a chunk of your money this month to purchase a Caldwell chronograph. This was $80. We should be able to utilize this in many videos and I'm sure people will be happy to know if a slug is going 1600 or only 1598 fps.
One project that Danny is working on is an adapter for a shotgun that will shoot 6mm airsoft bb's at VERY high velocity. The adapter will also shoot arrows and is a something Joerg Sprave has been wanting us to try. (since he can't do it in Germany)

We found we don't need the shades when it is sunny out. Probably needed if it is overcast though.

2020-11-10 22:36:42 +0000 UTCDo you need to mount those shades to get a decent reading. My oublic shooting range has barriers made of railroad ties that prevent mounting a chronograph in front of the bench, (The barriers are to prevent people from shooting over the berms.
