Looner's Collection: The Next Chapter (preview)
Added 2019-01-24 21:52:18 +0000 UTCBeen a while, life being super crazy at work and at home, plus I have several commissions I am struggling with but will have out soon (some of which will debut here)
It's been many a month since Looner's tale returned and while I was on vacation I was inspired, so I am in the process of finishing up a new chapter, but here's a taste for you all.

“Hello there, pretty lady! Come on over.” he said, taking a good look at her. She was slender, and well built, with tight jeans, heels, and a cute red shirt that sat adorably on her modest chest.
“Hello.” she said. “Nice to meet you after seeing your...handy work.” she said.
“And your name would be?” the clown asked.
“Dakota.” she said simply.
“Well, you seem curious, Dakota. Interested in joining in the silly fun of the evening?”
She hadn’t really given it a ton of thought, if she was being honest with herself. She had deeply enjoyed seeing her friends and acquaintances enjoy the magic and change into silly clowns or other things, but she hadn’t considered doing anything to herself.
“Not sure it’s for me.” she said.
“Oh? I think we can find something for everyone!” Looner said with an optimistic grin. “Haven’t let anyone down yet.”
“Well, I don’t know if the clown thing is a good fit.” she added.
“I can understand that, but just look around and see how happy people are.” he noted as he pulled out a small round clown who giggled as he looked up at the big clown holding him. “Remember him? When I first started entertaining the party? He had doubts. Any of those doubts remain, little fella?”
“Not-a-one, Looner! I’m teeny, round, and all yours!” he said, having become fully a part of Looner’s odd collection.
“See. Regret isn’t an emotion my guests feel often.” the clown said.
“I get that.” she added as she watched Looner drop the round fellow back into his new home, or at least she assumed it was his home. “But I don’t know how I’d feel about the whole thing.”
“Well, haven’t you ever wanted to be something...different? To become something entirely other than what you are?”
She actually pondered his question for a moment, ahd she supposed she had. She was always a very pretty girl, and it had gotten her a lot of attention, both good and bad.
“Yeah, I guess.” she said. “I have thought about it before.”
“Then now is the time, dear girl.” the clown stated with pride. “I know you are hesitant to jump right in, so how about a trial period?” he suggested.
“A trial period?”
“Yeah. I’ll let you change into someone else, and we’ll see how you feel as we go.”
“Oh and who would I be?” she asked, raising a curious eyebrow.
“Well, you are a thin pretty woman, so how about a big fat dude?” the clown suggested.
“Wait, are you serious?”
“As serious as a clown gets.” He added.
She laughed. “So I turn into a guy and see how I like it?”
“Yep. We’ll even do it slowly, so it’s not all at once, so you can get a feel for each part of being a the fat guy I think you’ll love being.”
“Well if I can turn back, I don’t see why I shouldn’t give it a try.” she said with a smile on her painted lips.
“Now that’s the spirit. Let’s get you set up for success my dear.” he said as he reached into his overalls again, and pulled out a pouch of his famous dust. He walked over and closed his eyes as he began to sprinkle it over Dakota’s head. He was speaking though, and she listened closely.
“Oh magic dust from my clown toolkit, please change this woman bit by bit.
Each time she says change make her shift in form, taking her body far from the norm.
Where once was a pretty girl, let your magic twist and twirl,
To a shape much more crude, changing to that of big fat dude!”
The dust drifted over her head and as it touched her skin, it felt quite nice, and tingly.
“Nice poem.” she said.
Looner looked at her and saw her whole body start to glow for a moment, then it disappeared, and he knew it was ready to change her as they had discussed.
