The lighting effect may differ from the pics above due to even tiny differences of angles or positions of your sims. So it's more like a reference sample and you may need to modify the lights based on your sim's situation.
If you think the luminosity is too high, you can lower it by adjusting the distance from sim or adding another intensifier.
