Stimpacked - Healing Overhaul

So, I've finished the healing tweaks finally. These have been through rudamentary testing so I think they shouldn't just break, but I've not played with them much to get a feel for their balance.

For running this with the current release of LitR, I recommend updating True Perks, and it's lunar and survival patches, and Feast and Famine and it's patches first. It's not 100% required, but the new version of Feast and Famine swaps out water healing for an AP buff, which helps cut down on the sources of healing available.

Mod Description

One of the issues with Fallout 4's Survival Mode is the healing system. By massively increasing the amount of damage the player takes, and decreasing the amount of damage the player deals, all that ends up happening is that the player ends up retrying a scenario over and over until they learn enough to do it without dying. This leads to the player actually using fewer resources, which actually makes survival mode feel even less like a survival game and more like a shooter.

The core goal of this mod is to reinforce a resource based gameplay loop over the shooter one. We do this by increasing player health, so that combat and healing is more a war of attrition, where you are slowly worn down over time. At the same time, it introduces caps on the max health you can get back from food, to reintroduce the tense feeling combat has with a more limited health pool, and introduce an element of choice around when to use a stimpak, and when to risk a fight at less than full health. It does all this without introducing any new items, or any systems to learn.

This mod  does the following
- Buffs player health by 100
- The players health is now divided into 4 sections. Food now only heals you to the top of a section. In order to get lost sections back, you will need to either use a stim pack, see a doctor, or sleep.
- Food healing doesn't work while a stimpak is active.
- Stimpak's weigh 0.5, and heal 25% (down from 30%), and are worth 75 caps.
- The medic perk has been reworked. Ranks 1 and 2 increase the speed but not the healing. Ranks 3 and 4 increase the healing up to 37.5 and 50% of the players max health respectively.

How to Use
Download and install the main file, then either download and install the vanilla patchor LitR patch if you're using LitR (just put it at the end of the load order- sorting for food items will be disabled, or if you're comfortable with the sorter script put it above the sorter plugins and rerun the sorter) , or just run the FO4Edit patcher (requires MXPF) yourself on your load order.

How to setup FallUI HUD to show health bar slices
The mod does not include any UI changes, in order to get those you need to install FallUI HUD, and either download and install the modified vanilla UI from the downloads sections here, or in the MCM for FallUI enable 4 slices, with a 5% seperator.
