Moulinette FilePicker for Media Search

Here’s a long-missing feature in Media Search — especially valuable for those using FoundryVTT v13, where older Moulinette modules no longer work.

Moulinette FilePicker is a configuration that lets you replace Foundry’s default FilePicker with Moulinette’s version. This gives you a much smoother experience when selecting files. For example, you can instantly choose an icon from the “Game Icons” source, search the Moulinette Cloud, or browse your own local collection — all within the usual interface.
Even when Moulinette’s FilePicker is enabled, you can easily switch back to the default one without changing any settings. Simply hold down the SHIFT key while opening the picker.

I believe there might be a CSS issue within Moulinette Media Search that is forcing character sheets to show with yellow font (unreadable). I know for sure that the problem is coming from this particular module, I just don't know how to fix it.

2025-11-17 04:41:46 +0000 UTCWhen I bypass the picker (because for whatever reason local assets don't show for me) I can't navigate or use the native picker, when I try to interact with it, it just opens Moulinette.
